New ASUS Transformer Prime software update now pushing out

It was just a little over a week ago that the ASUS Transformer Prime received its latest software update, but it looks like another piece of new software is being pushed to owners of the Android-powered slate. This latest update is of the maintenance variety and will bump users up to version 9.4.2.14. As for what's packed into the upgrade, owners of the Transformer Prime are reporting that it brings back low power states that are used when the device is sleeping, which should result in better battery life.
Overall this latest update looks like a pretty minor one, especially considering the slight version number jump compared to the previous update (9.4.2.13). As I've said before, though, we're not ones to complain about getting an update no matter its size. If you've got a Transformer Prime and haven't yet had the update make its way to your neck of the woods, you can check for it manually by going into Settings > About tablet > System Firmware Update > Check Update. Be sure to give us a shout in the comments below once you've got 9.4.2.14 up and running, k?
