iPad 3 with 4G LTE said to be coming to Verizon and AT&T

Not long after a word began circulating that Apple may be taking the wraps off of the iPad 3 on March 7th, another report has surfaced offering more details on the new iOS-powered slate. According to the ol' "people familiar with the matter" speaking to the Wall Street Journal, both Verizon and AT&T will offer a 4G LTE-enabled version of the new iPad. One source added that the iPad 3 will fall back to "a slower network technology" when LTE connectivity isn't available. There's no word yet on whether or not other carriers (like Sprint) will also be offering the iPad. However, another WSJ source added to the rumblings of an early March debut for the iPad 3, saying that Apple appears poised to unveil the device in the first week of March.
Though this isn't the first time that we've heard that the iPad 3 may be coming to market with LTE support, it's still been a bit of a mystery as to whether or not 4G would actually make the cut. Of course, nothing's official until the folks at Apple make it so, but the good news is that the iPad 3's purported March 7th is just about three weeks out. Any of you think you'd be interested in snagging an LTE-equipped iPad 3 on either AT&T or Verizon? Shout out your thoughts on a 4G iPad 3 in the comments below.
