All you have to do is LIKE us at http://www.facebook.com/phonedog.  That's it!  No sweepstakes forms, nothing to fill out.  Those that already like us are automatically entered to win.  It's that easy!

We'll be giving away two devices - one on Friday, December 17th at 8:00 PM EST, and another one on December 22nd at 8:00 PM EST.  They'll be given away to a random fan on our UStream channel (http://bit.ly/phonedoglive).  The devices will be in retail packaging, and will be unlocked for use on T-Mobile or AT&T (though you won't get 3G on AT&T).

Google Nexus S Holiday Surprise - Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN / PLAY

ELIGIBILITY: The “Google Nexus S Holiday Surprise” Sweepstakes (Promotion) is open to all persons 16 years of age and older.  If winning participant is less than 18 years of age, written parental consent is required before we will ship the prize. All persons affiliated with PhoneDog Media are ineligible to win the drawing. The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited by law.

PRIZES:  Two (2) new Google Nexus S mobile devices, with one device being awarded on December 17th, and another on December 22nd, 2010

HOW TO ENTER: LIKE Facebook.com/phonedog anytime before to 7PM EST to be eligible for the particular drawing being held on each night. All LIKES received will be entered into the “Nexus S Holiday Surprise” Sweepstakes.

DRAWING METHOD/TIME: The winner will be randomly chosen using the services of random.org during a live broadcast on the PhoneDog.com Facebook page at http://bit.ly/PhoneDogLive at 8:00 PM EST December 17th, and December 22nd, 2010.

PROMOTION PERIOD ENDS:  7PM EST, December 22nd, 2010

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning is based on the quantity of PhoneDog Facebook LIKES at 7PM EST on the night of each drawing.

TERMS OF SERVICE OF PRIZE:  Device awarded does not come with a monthly service plan, as the winner is awarded only the device, and not any service(s) provided by any carrier.

WINNER NOTIFICATIONS AND SHIPPING: Winning participant will be contacted via Facebook messaging or contact information stated on their Facebook account.  To claim the prize, winners must respond within 48 hours from the time of the notification original sending time.  Inside of the United States, the prize will be shipped according to PhoneDog.com standard practices. If the participant is a resident of a country outside of the United States, PhoneDog.com will provide a $20.00 credit for shipping. The winning participant is responsible for providing us with the shipping methods of their choice to receive the prize. Participant is also responsible for any costs incurred for shipping, above the $20.00 credit provided by PhoneDog Media. The participant is the responsible party for the package once it leaves the United States. If for any reason, the winning participant becomes ineligible or unable to receive the prize, a randomly chosen runner-up will be awarded the giveaway device.

INVALID ENTRIES: Winners cannot have duplicate Facebook accounts and must have only (1) legitimate Facebook account with a minimum of 10 friends. Any person deemed to be fraudulent by PhoneDog Media will be invalid. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. Employees, officers, editors (and their immediate family and household members (whether or not related) of PhoneDog Media, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and its divisions, participating vendors, participating advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes (Promotion). In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entrants and/or modify, cancel or suspend the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.

RELEASE: By entering the “Google Nexus S Holiday Surprise” Sweepstakes" (Promotion), participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, to release, discharge and hold harmless PhoneDog Media (PhoneDog LLC), their affiliates, their respective owners, and representatives from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses which may arise out of participation in Promotion or out of the acceptance, use, or misuse of prizes. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. The Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified herein as being awarded.
